Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your ATASH strap. If it isn't right for you, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unused, in its original packaging, and you'll need your order number or proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept straps that have been worn.

How to start a return

Email us at sollutinsolve@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us. Items sent without an approved return request can't be accepted.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Within the United States this typically costs 8 to 10 dollars. If we arrange the label for you, that cost is deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are not refunded.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the strap is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You will not pay return shipping in these cases.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the refund.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already shipped. Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification. The item must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging, and you'll need proof of purchase.

Non-returnable

Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.
