How to wear it
Sit with your knee bent at roughly 90°.
Position the strap about an inch below the kneecap, pad centred on the tendon.
Pull snug — firm, not tight. You should be able to slide a finger underneath.
Care
Hand wash in cool water with mild soap. Air dry. Do not machine dry or iron.
